3.1 — All financial transactions on bg999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT). bg999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
3.2 — Deposits are credited to the Player's bg999 account in real time for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within a reasonable timeframe for bank transfers and cryptocurrency, subject to network confirmation times.
3.3 — Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method at bg999's discretion. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. bg999 targets a processing time of ten (10) minutes for verified accounts; however, the Operator reserves the right to extend processing times to up to forty-eight (48) hours for security review purposes.

This requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (CNIC is the standard document for Pakistani players) and confirmation that the registered mobile number is held in the Player's legal name. 3.5 — bg999 maintains all Player funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds, in accordance with the requirements of the international gaming license under which the Operator is authorised. Player funds are not used for operational purposes and are always available for withdrawal upon request.
4.1 — All wagers placed on the bg999 platform are governed by the specific rules of each game or betting market, which are available within the game interface or betting slip. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

5.2 — Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. 7.2 — Upon account termination for breach, bg999 may forfeit any remaining balance, void pending wagers, and reverse any winnings derived from activity that contravened these Terms. The Player shall be notified of the reasons for termination and provided with an opportunity to respond through the dispute resolution process outlined in Clause 9.
7.3 — A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bg999 support via live chat. Prior to closure, the Player must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Voluntary account closure does not affect the Player's right to request a reopening at a later date, except where the closure was initiated as part of a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

The support team will acknowledge the complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to provide a resolution within seventy-two (72) hours.
9.2 — If the Player is not satisfied with the resolution provided by first-line support, the complaint may be escalated to the bg999 compliance department by requesting a formal review. The compliance department shall respond within seven (7) business days.
9.3 — If the dispute remains unresolved after internal escalation, the Player may refer the matter to the independent regulatory body under whose license bg999 operates. 10.1 — The bg999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Operator makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, bg999 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or interruptions. In no event shall bg999 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
10.2 — bg999's total aggregate liability to any Player under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the Player's deposits in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 — bg999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes shall be communicated to registered Players via email, SMS notification, or a prominent notice on the bg999 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
11.2 — Continued use of the bg999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not agree with a material change, they may close their account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.
12.1 — These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bg999's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where the applicable regulatory framework provides for alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as described in Clause 9.
12.2 — If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
